SMS and Calling Terms

Callfather LLC, Michigan. Last updated 6 October 2026.

What you are agreeing to

When you tick the consent box and submit a form on this site, you agree that Callfather may call and text the mobile number you entered, including with automated calls and text messages, about the demo you requested and about Callfather's services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

The demo call

You get one demo call per number, placed within a few minutes of your submission. The caller is an AI assistant and says so. If you do not pick up, it may try once more and send a single text. That is the end of it unless you ask for more.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on what you ask for. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Callfather does not charge you for messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text message to stop all messages to that number. Reply HELP for help. You can also say so on any call, or email dan@thecallfather.com. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently unless you ask to come back.

Quiet hours

An immediate response to a form you just submitted is sent when you submit it, because that is what you asked for. Everything else respects local quiet hours and applicable calling-time rules.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Not an emergency service

Callfather is not an emergency service. In a gas leak, carbon monoxide alarm, fire, or medical emergency, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911.

Privacy

Your number is never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
