Privacy Policy

Callfather LLC, Michigan. Last updated 6 October 2026.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, company or brokerage, mobile number, email address and lead volume you enter, plus basic technical context: the page you submitted from, the referring page, any campaign parameters in the URL, and the time of submission.

Why we collect it

To place the demo call you asked for, to reply to your inquiry, and to provide the service if you become a client. That is the whole list.

Calls and recordings

Demo calls are placed by an automated AI assistant that identifies itself as such. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can review quality and so you can hear what a caller hears. Tell us at any time and we will delete your recording and transcript.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a purchased list, and we do not pass your number to any other vendor.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the service, including Cloudflare for hosting, Formspree for form delivery, and Retell AI for voice calls. Each receives only what it needs to do its job and is bound to use it only for that purpose.

Keeping and deleting data

Inquiry records are kept while there is an active conversation or client relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Email dan@thecallfather.com to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, and it is done.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages. Ask on any call to be removed and the number is suppressed immediately. Opting out does not require you to explain yourself.

Children

This service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
