For agents, teams and brokerages

The agent who answers first
gets the client.

A buyer fills in a form on Zillow at 9:12 PM. Four other agents get that lead too. Callfather calls them inside a minute, has a real conversation, finds out what they are actually looking for, and puts the appointment on your calendar before anybody else has picked up their phone.

You will be talking to it in about sixty seconds. No demo video, no scheduled call.

Don't take my word for it

This page will call you.
Right now.

Everybody in this category sells you a recorded demo. Put your mobile number in the form at the bottom and your phone rings in about a minute. It is the same voice that would be calling your leads. Interrupt it. Be vague with it. Ask it something a real buyer would ask. Then decide whether it is good enough to represent you.

1You submit the form.Name, brokerage, mobile. Thirty seconds.
2Your phone rings.Normally inside 60 seconds. A real conversation, not a recording.
3You judge itthe way your next lead would.

Why it matters

Lead response has said the same thing for fifteen years.

The first few minutes decide it. Most inquiries go to whoever gets there first, and a lead called an hour later is a different, colder, more expensive lead. You already know this. The problem has never been knowing it. The problem is that you were at a showing, at dinner, or asleep.

First, every time

Portal leads, website forms, open house sign-ins, Facebook. The moment one lands, it dials. No queue, no business hours, no "I'll get to it after this closing."

Qualified, not just contacted

Timeline, price range, pre-approval, whether they have an agent, what they actually want. It asks the questions you would ask, in the order you would ask them.

On your calendar

Real appointments, booked into your real availability, with notes attached. Not a lead summary for you to chase tomorrow.

Nothing hidden

Every call recorded and transcribed, with a weekly scorecard: leads called, time to first call, conversations held, appointments set.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs without you.

You keep your CRM, your portals, your number, your process. Callfather sits in front of all of it and makes the first call.

01

Connect your lead sources

Portal emails, your website forms, your CRM, your open house sign-ins. If a lead can reach your inbox, it can reach Callfather.

02

We build your caller

Your name and brokerage, your market, your listings, your qualifying questions, your availability and your rules about what it never says. It introduces itself as your assistant.

03

It calls, qualifies, books

Inside a minute, every time. If they do not pick up it tries again and follows with a text. When they do, it qualifies and books. You get the recording, the transcript and the appointment.

Side by side

One 9:12 PM inquiry, two different weeks.

Without Callfather Lead lost

Jessica inquires on a listing. She is pre-approved and wants to see something this weekend. Four other agents got the same lead.
Your phone buzzes. You are at a closing dinner. It can wait until morning.
Another agent calls her.She picks up, because she is still on her phone looking at houses.
You call."Thanks, I'm already working with someone." Saturday is booked with him.

With Callfather Appointment set

The same inquiry lands. You do not have to see it, hear it, or do anything about it.
Her phone rings."Hi Jessica, I'm calling for Dan about the house on Chesterfield, is now an okay time?"
Qualified.Pre-approved to 640, needs to be in before the school year, not working with anyone else yet.
Booked Saturday 11 AM.On your calendar with her criteria, her lender, and a transcript of what she said.

Example with a fictional lead. Times and wording are illustrative, not a performance promise.

Your numbers

What is slow follow-up costing you?

Not the leads you never got. The ones you paid for, that reached you, and went cold while you were busy being good at the rest of your job.

FAQ

What agents ask first.

Does it sound like a robot?
Submit the form at the bottom and judge it yourself in sixty seconds. That is the entire reason the demo exists. It handles interruptions, it does not read a script at you, and it will not pretend to be a person. If someone asks, it says it is your assistant.
Does it pretend to be me?
No, and that matters more than it sounds. It introduces itself as calling on your behalf. Buyers and sellers are fine with an assistant making the first call. They are not fine with being deceived, and neither is your license.
What about compliance and consent?
It calls people who just submitted an inquiry to you, which is the whole point, and it honors do-not-call and opt-outs immediately. Quiet hours are respected on anything that is not an immediate response to a fresh inquiry. Nothing is cold-dialed from a purchased list.
Will it work with my CRM?
Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra, Chime, Lofty, Boomtown, HighLevel, a spreadsheet, or just the lead emails hitting your inbox. If a lead reaches you, it can reach Callfather, and the appointment goes back into whatever you already use.
What if the lead wants something it cannot answer?
It says so and hands off to you, which is exactly what a good assistant does. It is there to reach them first, find out what they need, and get them in front of you. It is not there to negotiate or give advice.
How long until it is live?
Usually a few days. One call to collect your market, your questions, your availability and your rules, then a test run you listen to before a single real lead gets dialed.
Who am I dealing with?
Dan, through Callfather LLC, a Michigan company. You deal with me directly, not a call center and not an offshore team. Nobody here takes a referral fee or a slice of your commission.
Live demo

Put in your mobile.
Your phone rings in a minute.

You will be talking to the same caller your leads would get. Be difficult with it. Be vague. Tell it you are just looking, or that you already have an agent, and see what it does with that.

1It calls you, normally inside 60 seconds, from a US number.
2You test it however you like. There is no script on your side.
3If you want it, fifteen minutes on a call and it is live on your leads within a few days.

One demo call per number. No sales sequence, no drip campaign, and your number is never sold or shared.
